
For Cocktail:
1oz lemon
1oz vanilla syrup
Fevertree grapefruit soda
grapefruit wedge for garnish
For Syrup:
2 cups of sugar
1 vanilla bean
1 cup boiling water
For Vanilla Syrup:
Stir sugar and split open vanilla bean into the boiling water. Allow to cool, and give a good shake to break up vanilla.
For Cocktail:
Add lemon and vanilla syrup to wine glass, top with grapefruit soda, and give a gentle stir. Garnish with fresh grapefruit on the rim.
